JustAddCommerce
- Creating a Retrieve Orders button
|
Accessing
your account to view your orders using a retrieve orders
button can be done anywhere at anytime as long as you have
Internet connectivity. This is a great feature when you
want to check orders while on a business trip, on vacation,
at home, etc. The Retrieve Orders button is a also a very
efficient way for you and/or your order fulfillment department
to access your orders at your business location. Additionally,
when you setup a guest password, your order fulfillment
department can view, print and save your orders using the
Retrieve Orders button without gaining access to the rest
of your JustAddCommerce settings.
|
Creating
a Retrieve Orders button:
- 1. Launch
JAC in your editor.
- 2. Click
on the "Insert Get Orders Icon".
- 3. Select
the "Insert Get Orders button into page" option
from the pull-down menu.
- 4. Click "OK".
The "View Orders button" window will open:

is a Form Button - This button is the standard push
form button JustAddCommerce inserts for the "Get
Orders" button. The look of the button cannot be
changed but the caption can be changed to anything you
like in the "View Orders Button Caption field.
or
Get Orders Button is an Image - Instead
of using the standard "Get
Orders" button that JAC inserts, you can use your own image
for your button. There are two ways to load your image. Choose
from the drop down menu provided to select how you want to retrieve
your graphic - Load image from web page or Load image relative
to this page. If you choose the "Load image from web page" option,
enter the URL address of the path to the graphic in View Orders
Button Caption field. When choosing the "Load image relative
to this page" option, the open folder icon will activate,
allowing you to locate the path of the graphic you are adding
to your page. Once the graphic is selected the path will appear
in the provided field. For example: C:\web\media\button1.jpg
