| When
accessing your JAC account through the JAC Menu plug-in you
may use your Administrative password or your Guest password.
Using your Administrative password, you are able to view,
print, save and permanently delete orders, as well as change
account settings, and use your Virtual Terminal if you have
a Nova Processing account. When using your Guest password,
you are only able to view, print and save your orders and
do sales transactions through your virtual terminal. Remember
that your password is the same as your serial number until
you change it. (We highly recommend changing your password
for maximum account security) Once you access your account
it will stay active for one hour. Once you logout or close
your browser you will have to enter your JAC Serial Number
and password again. |

Step
by Step Instructions:
- Launch
JAC in your editor
- Click
on the JAC Admin icon (triangle icon)
- Select
the "Access your Merchant Account" option
- Enter your JAC Serial Number and Administrative
or Guest password in the spaces provided
- Click
on the "Last 7 days" or "All Orders" links
under the My Orders heading
- You can then view, print save and/or delete orders
from here
- If
you have entered your JAC Account using the Administrative
password, you may click on any of the other links
to adjust your Account settings.

as it was issued to you or the logon will fail. Make
sure all dashes are used. |

password is your JAC Serial Number until you change it.
(We highly recommend that you change your password to ensure
maximum security for your account) Once you have changed
your password you will want to enter your account using
your
administration password for complete access of the account,
or enter the guest password for read only Order access. |
