Purchase Buttons
Moving JustAddCommerce
buttons within each page or from page to page is as easy as copying
the button and pasting it where you want to display it on your page.
If you have multiple purchase buttons that have the same multiple
options, you can copy the button, view the information entered in
the purchase button screen and replace the information with new information.
See below to find out how to move your buttons and how to apply multiple
options to more than one purchase button.
To move your buttons:
1. Open
a page containing the purchase buttons you need to move in your editor.
2. Click
the purchase button that you want to move. The button will be in preview
mode:  and
will highlight when you click it.
3. Press
Ctrl + C to copy the button.
4. Place
your cursor within the page where you want to place the button and
Press Ctrl + V to paste the button. If you want to move the button
to a different page, go to that page, place your cursor where you want
the button and Press Ctrl + V to paste the button.
5. If
you need to change any information for the purchase button, and you're
using FrontPage, double click the purchase button to activate the purchase
button screen. If you're using Dreamweaver, click the purchase button,
then click the "Edit Settings" button within the Properties
screen, to activate the purchase button screen.
6. Change
the information within the purchase button screen and click "OK".
7. Save
your web page and upload to your host server.
How to
Save and use a Multiple Options List for Multiple Buttons:
If you have multiple
buttons that have the same multiple options, you simply:
1. Build
a purchase button with the multiple options included.
2. Save
the button
3. Click
your mouse on the button you want to copy. The button will highlight.
4. Press
Ctrl + C to copy the button.
5. Place
your cursor on the same page or another page where you want to place
the button.
6. Press
Ctrl + V to paste the button.
7. To
change the SKU, Price and Description of the newly copied button, double
click the button placeholder (FrontPage users) or click once on the
button placeholder, then click on the "Edit settings" button
(Dreamweaver users). The Edit Purchase button panel will appear, allowing
you to make your changes. The options will still appear as you set
them.
8. Repeat
this procedure for all the buttons that need the same options.
9. Save
your web page(s) and upload to your host server.
