Locating
your JAC Serial Number
Your JAC Serial
Number is your JAC account number. For all account inquires via
phone or via our support department, we need your Serial Number
in order to access your account and help you. To locate your
JAC Serial Number please follow the steps below:
- Open your
Editor
- Launch JustAddCommerce
- Click on
the JAC Admin icon
- Select the
JAC License Manager option
- You will
view a sixteen digit code (ex: 0000-0000-0000-0000). This is
your JAC Serial Number to keep in your records.
Please note: If
you are a JAC Demo user or a Registered JAC user from 1998, your
Serial Number will look different from our current 16 digit code.
In this case, please make note and submit your JAC Serial Number
exactly as it looks within your copy's "About" screen.
