NOTE to AOL, GMail, and other "free" email users....
Because the JustAddCommerce Networks are redundant (multiple IP's), your JAC order confirmation emails are probably being blocked by the "free" email services, such as AOL and GMail. Some email providers see multiple IP's as Spam and will either block or mark emails "for verification" which means that you will not receive your order confirmation email at the time of the order--or at all.
We highly recommend that you do not rely solely on the email confirmation for orders; instead, log into your JAC account frequently and check for orders. Also, you must contact your email provider to authorize emails from the JustAddCommerce networks. There are many paid email services available that will give you more flexibility and prevent the problems of the free services. |
