Using the Control Room Builder Software, you will be able to design a
control room screen that displays your network status information.
It is completely customizable, including
colors and background graphic. |

The Control Room you setup is not just for display purposes — many of the items on the screen, such as your network channels window (see left), are live, allowing you to control your devices directly from this screen. For example, clicking on any one of the eight channels for a particular LifeSaver will allow you to perform a restart or shutdown on that device. |

The software is simple to use and will allow you to add additional Network LifeSavers, Channel Detail windows, History windows, Display Shapes, and a Date/Time label.

Using a familiar color palette, you can choose the colors used for the windows, text and display shapes in your Control Room. You can also specify the size and position of each window. |

With each Network LifeSaver displayed, you will immediately know when a problem occurs. The Network LifeSaver window specifies which channel (device) is having problems, the Channel Detail window indicates which test(s) have failed, and the History Window displays the time and duration for each test failure. The History Window will refresh automatically at an interval you specify (usually 30 seconds). |

The Display Shapes allow you to add graphics (such as the green squares on the map to the left) that are parented to a specific LifeSaver. When the Network LifeSaver records a test failure, the shape will flash in red, letting you know immediately which device is having a problem. |

Once everything has returned to normal, the channels and LifeSavers will display in green. Using the Network LifeSaver and the Control Room Builder software, you will be able to monitor and control all of your network and TCP enabled devices from one screen. |
